Week of February 14-18

A look at what we will be studying this week.........

• In Language Arts we will discussing antonyms.  We will continue talking about summarizing by identifying the main ideas in the story. 
• In Math we will be identifying and counting Honduran money.  Continue to study the math addition and subtraction facts for the timed test.  Refer to the websites below for online practice.

• In Science we will continue with our unit on Simple Machines.  We will be taking a test over chapter 10 on Tuesday (in the Science book).

Monday - Read for 15 minutes. Math WB 52.  Study for Science Test, Chapter 10 in the Science book.

Tuesday - Read for 15 minutes.  Antonyms WS 49

Wednesday - Read for 15 minutes. Subtraction with regrouping WS 1 and 2

Thursday - Read for 15 minutes. Study Spelling words. Summarizing WS 112
