- In Language Arts we will be discussing Nouns. We will also be looking at a reading passage and identifying the facts and conclusions from that passage.
- In Math we be talking learning about rounding to the nearest 10, different ways of skip counting, and identifying which numbers come before, after, or in between. We will also be looking at ordinal numbers to the twentieth.
- In Science, we will conclude our dinosaur unit by doing a mini poster of their assigned dinosaur. Students MUST bring in their research on Monday so they can begin working.

Thursday - Daily Language Review and read for 15 minutes. Study Spelling words. Nouns WS 5 and 6
A Few Other Things.................
- Don't forget about the October Book Project due on Nov. 1st. Don't wait until October 31st to finish the project, that would not be a very fun Halloween.
- Etiquette Club is on Tuesdays. We have a new group of students for the month of October. Rolando, Roberto, Carlos, Zarina, and Maria Jose will be attending. Please make sure you send a lunch from home on those days. Also send in a fork, knife (if needed) and a napkin.
- Reminder that Tuesday, October 19th we will have a late start at 9:30.
- Eagle League is on Monday and Wednesday of this week (No Friday).
- We will be celebrating Halloween on October 29th with at parade at 1:10 and a small party in our room following the parade. So start thinking about those costumes!
- Today starts the 2nd Quarter.
- Friday is color's day - 5 lps.
- Congratulations to our class from being "Class of the Week" in computer for the SECOND time!!!!!!!
