Week of January 31st - February 4th

A look at what we will be studying this week.........

  • In Language Arts we will begin cursive writing.  We will also discuss how to count syllables and divide words by their syllables.  We will continue to talk about how to use good strategies when anwering questions after reading a passage.
  • In Math we will start Chapter 6 in the Math book.  Chapter 6 is 2 digit subtraction with regrouping.  Continue studying the addition facts. The timed tests will be on Tuesday and Thursday of this week. Your child knows which test they are working on.
